Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in elevating the firm’s brand and driving growth by creating compelling marketing materials and supporting strategic business development initiatives. This position partners with technical and marketing teams to bring ideas to life, strengthen client connections, and showcase the firm’s expertise in meaningful ways. It’s an opportunity for a motivated professional to grow, make an impact, and contribute to the firm’s continued success.

In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with all members of the marketing team and technical staff
  • Assist in company brand management
  • Become involved in the development, ownership and technical/production support of company reports, SOQs, RFPs, and standard proposals for the firm, which will include technical writing, technical editing and full responsibility for preliminary and final production
  • Develop and maintain marketing collateral and business profile information including:
    • Company profiles
    • Company information and marketing literature
    • Writing project profiles
    • Advertisements
    • Digital asset management
  • Develop and/or revise collateral materials for the specific business segments, clients, and staff
  • Make decisions, plan, coordinate and organize projects and marketing production processes to ensure completion in a compliant, timely, and cost-effective manner
  • Create and edit standard letter proposals with engineering input for prospective and existing clients
  • Create and update standardized information for the department
  • Create libraries of marketing, production, proposal templates
  • Assist technical staff in preparing for professional seminars, papers, and presentations

You will be a great fit if:

  • You have a Bachelor of Science/Art degree in marketing, advertising, business, engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • Have experience in marketing at an AEC firm (required)

Skills/abilities:

  • Proficient social media skills and possess creativity
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills and must have excellent interpersonal skills and experience working directly with clients and multi-level staff
  • Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment and be self-motivated and have an ability to work with minimal supervision (must be driven)
  • Must be able to make decisions and think independently, as well as be a supporting member of a project team
  • Must also be able to complete/perform all aspects of projects from beginning to end. You should be a team player
  • Proficient in all Adobe Programs, Microsoft Office Suite, and other graphic programs (a plus)
  • Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or Vision (a plus)

Location: Boston, MA/Laconia, NH

Travel: 20% within New England

Compensation & Benefits:

The expected base hourly range for this role is $28.00 - $38.00 USD per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
