We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at a Healthcare Products & Medical Supply Store. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to help customers, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email with inquiries about healthcare products and medical supplies
- Provide detailed product information, pricing, and availability to customers
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and store success
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or retail setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical supplies and healthcare products is a plus
