As First Lineย targets growthย inย the healthcare market, we are seeking a driven, mission-oriented Healthcare Sales Representative to develop this strategic market.ย This is a rare opportunity to build a marketย verticalย at a company with the products, reputation, and operational readiness to support you.ย First Lineย has already invested in healthcare products, training,ย and thought leadership content. What we need is you:ย the right person to open the door.ย 

The Healthcare Sales Representative is part of the revenue team responsible for the successful marketing, sales, andย trainingย of the First Line Technology solution portfolio. Thisย is a โ€œhunterโ€ role,ย responsible for building relationships with hospital systems, trauma centers, emergency management departments, healthcare coalitions, and adjacent organizations.ย The person in this role has broadย healthcareย salesย experienceย including prospecting,ย needs discovery,ย overcoming objections,ย negotiating, pipeline management,ย andย business development.ย ย ย 

Theย Healthcare Sales Representativeย supports company sales, retention, and growth initiatives byย contacting leads, developing relationships,ย uncovering needs,ย maintainingย a pipeline,ย and aligning First Line solutions with customer needs. This individual will alsoย representย First Lineย atย a variety of industry events including trade shows, conferences, andย trainings.ย

  • Serve as First Line's primary subject matter expert on healthcare procurement pathwaysย 
  • Collaborate with First Lineโ€™s marketing team to developย healthcare-specific playbooks, case studies, ROI tools, and collateralย ย 
  • Coordinate with sales reps in adjacent marketย verticalsย to multiply growth effortsย 
  • Communicate with internal team members to provide a smooth customer experienceย ย 
  • Provide market feedback and competitive intelligenceย that informs product and company strategyย 

Qualifications:ย 

  • Bachelorโ€™s degreeย required;ย fields such as nursing,ย paramedicine, business, marketing, healthcareย management, or public health preferred; relevant continuing education, credentials,ย and certificationsย a plusย 
  • 5+ years ofย B2B sales experience, withย minimum of 3 years selling into hospitals, health systems,ย healthcare coalitions, or similar; prior experienceย sellingย medical devices, emergency response/preparedness equipment, or trainingย preferredย 
  • Demonstrated knowledgeย ofย consultative selling,ย champion building, andย multi-stakeholder opportunities; familiarity with SPIN Selling, Strategic Selling with Perspective,ย Counselor Salesperson, or similar methodologies a plusย 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and work collaboratively with diverse personalitiesย andย toย present credibly to both clinical staff and healthcare leadershipย 
  • Abilityย to learn, differentiate, andย demonstrateย First Lineโ€™s solution portfolioย 
  • Familiarity with healthcareย requirements andย procurement cyclesย includingย Joint Commission standards,ย fundingย structures,ย and decision criteriaย a mustย 
  • Proficient in the use of CRM tools for pipeline management and forecastingย 
  • Self-directedย working styleย thatย thrives in pioneering a new marketย ย 
  • Experience in managing a sales pipeline from prospecting to close, withย a track recordย of meeting or exceeding sales targetsย 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach toย identifyingย opportunities for growthย 
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentย
