Job description

We are recruiting a Healthcare Sales Director for a growing healthcare organization transforming how vulnerable seniors receive care.

Our client provides comprehensive, community-based healthcare through the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) model. Medical care, care coordination, transportation, therapy, social services, and other essential support are brought together within an integrated model designed to help seniors continue living safely and independently in their homes and communities. This is an opportunity to lead growth and enrollment for an organization combining value-based healthcare with a strong social mission.

The Role

The Healthcare Sales Director will lead growth and enrollment activities within the Fresno market, with responsibility for developing a high-performing team and driving measurable enrollment results.

This role requires a leader who is comfortable using Salesforce, reports, and performance data to identify priorities, manage team performance, oversee projects, and improve results.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years of supervisory experience

  • Strong people leadership and performance-management experience

  • Strong Salesforce experience

  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency

  • Experience leading within a data-driven organization

  • Ability to translate reporting and performance data into clear priorities and actions

  • 2+ years of senior healthcare services growth/enrollment experience preferred

Experience within PACE, senior healthcare, managed care, value-based care, or community-based healthcare would be highly relevant.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary of $140,000 - $160,000, with relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.

The benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 17 days of PTO, 12 observed holidays annually, 6 sick days, and an emphasis on work/life balance.
