Safety Coordinator

Andrews Logistics, an asset-based trucking company is seeking a SAFETY ADMIN COORDINATOR at their corporate office in Southlake Texas. Andrews Logistics is a rapidly growing company with locations across the country. We are looking for a detail oriented Individual who is self-motivated and has a strong work ethic to join the Andrews team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities.

· Reporting to the Sr. VP of Safety and Risk Management

· Familiar with vehicle license and titling procedures

· Vehicle Permitting

· IFTA mileage tax preparation and filing

· 2290 Tax filings

· Equipment property tax filing in required states

· Responsible for accurate data entry of adding and deleting equipment from fleet

· Processing annual permits and Quarterly State Fuel and Road Taxes

· Insurance claims data entry and processing

· Working with maintenance to coordinate new truck paperwork

· Accurate Data Entry

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· Dependable with strong work ethic

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel

· TMW software knowledge is a plus but not required, will train

· Strong Organizational Skills
