Job Description

We are seeking an Office Manager Bookkeeper! 

You will be responsible for the effective management and efficient operation of our office.  We are a family-based business that provides a close and personal work environment.  

Responsibilities:

  • Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare and review financial statements.
  • Conduct general ledger reconciliation to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Process accounts payable/receivable transactions.
  • Prepare and file tax returns, including income tax, sales tax.
  • Communicate directly to owner.
  • Work with outside CPAs on weekly basis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial services, accounting principles, and tax regulations.
  • Experience in account analysis, general ledger reconciliation, and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Knowledge of common banking practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 plus bonus, depending on experience and knowledge.
