We are seeking an Office Manager Bookkeeper!
You will be responsible for the effective management and efficient operation of our office. We are a family-based business that provides a close and personal work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and review financial statements.
- Conduct general ledger reconciliation to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions.
- Prepare and file tax returns, including income tax, sales tax.
- Communicate directly to owner.
- Work with outside CPAs on weekly basis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial services, accounting principles, and tax regulations.
- Experience in account analysis, general ledger reconciliation, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Knowledge of common banking practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 plus bonus, depending on experience and knowledge.
