Job Description
Exciting opportunity with a major hospital system for an experienced Patient Access Representative - 13wk contract to start with possible option to renew. Starting April 29 or May 6. Mon-Fri 8a-5p Pay rate $18-$19/hr d.o.e
Must have a minimum 2yrs of the following experience:
Position is responsible for greeting patients, scheduling patient appointments, managing lobby, communicating with office staff, ensuring medical necessity compliance, verifying eligibility, and collecting/posting payments.
Insurance Verification, Schedule appointments, referrals, answer calls, customer services skills, authorization, and other duties.
Requirements:
- TB Skin Test
- Clean Criminal Background
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Able to provide high school or college transcripts or GED
