What you'll do:

The Hospital Customer Service Representative / Patient Concierge is the first point of contact for patients, families, and visitors in the hospital lobby and surgical waiting areas. This role delivers exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, answering questions, providing directions, and facilitating communication between families and clinical teams while maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities include assisting with visitor management, providing patient status updates when appropriate, coordinating waiting room activities, and addressing concerns with professionalism and empathy. The representative helps create a welcoming environment, connects patients and families with support services, and resolves issues by partnering with departments such as Patient Relations, Social Work, Chaplain Services, and Security.

When serving as a Patient Concierge, this role provides wheelchair assistance and escorts patients and visitors throughout the hospital, including assistance entering and exiting vehicles or public transportation. The ideal candidate is compassionate, customer-focused, and skilled at creating a positive experience for all patients and visitors.

Shift:6:00am - 2:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday - Saturday's and Wednesday's Off- Site Rotation as needed to
