Job description

2nd Shift Customer Service Coordinator

Are you a people person who enjoys helping others? We're seeking a 2nd Shift - Customer Service Coordinator to support customers after the sale by answering questions, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring every request is handled accurately and efficiently. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity with a stable schedule, great benefits, and room for growth.

Pay: $17/hr

Schedule 2nd Shift -Evenings & Weekends

Shifts: 10am-7pm, 11am-8pm, 1pm-10pm

  • Wednesday-Sunday
  • Tuesday-Saturday
  • Sunday-Thursday
  • *Not required to work both weekend days.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls and emails regarding service requests and general inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians and service teams
  • Review service paperwork and work orders for accuracy
  • Document customer interactions and updates in company systems
  • Communicate with customers and internal departments to ensure timely service
  • Escalate issues when needed to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Customer-facing experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Call center or scheduling experience is a plus
