About Our Company
Digital Health Information is a new and innovative system that provides dedicated care to the Long-Term Care community, specifically to patients residing in their own home. We are an independently owned LTC pharmacy, telehealth physician practice (not open to the general public), and remote patient care facility. As a new ecosystem we are working to expand our operations nationwide, one state at a time, and currently operate in Pennsylvania and New Jersey localities.
Overview
We are seeking a Russian-Speaking Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our clinical care navigator team. The Certified Medical Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day front and back-office activities. Such activities include regular correspondence between our staffed physicians, our Russian-speaking patient population, and our care navigation team. Our CMAs provide remote patient care by monitoring vitals and keeping regular contact with their patients on a weekly basis. They assist the physician in conducting telehealth appointments, translating for Russian-speaking patients, and documenting outcomes to ensure patient success. Additionally, they collaborate with our Care Navigators to perform new patient intakes, home assessments, and schedule patient device deployment and installations. The CMA will also support our on-call queue to provide additional assistance for Russian-speaking patients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform patient outreach via phone to the Russian-speaking population.
Assisting the physician in conducting telehealth appointments and translating for patients.
Monitor patient vitals.
Following up with Russian-speaking patients on the progress of their care on a weekly basis.
Outreach to patients in times of concern.
Support the Care Navigators with Russian-speaking patient intakes and home assessments.
Schedule device deployment and installations for Russian-speaking patients based on patient diagnosis.
Follow all applicable government regulations, including HIPAA.
Other duties as assigned; Job duties may vary depending on business needs
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be fluent in Russian and English (able to read and write both)
High School diploma or equivalent required
Certified Medical Assistant (2 years' experience preferred)
Valid Drivers license and means of transportation
Experience with both front office (patient interaction) and back office (support staff) activities.
Experience providing competent care to patient (medication administration, monitoring vitals, etc)
Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (eClinical Works preferred)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proposed Schedule: Mon- Fri 9:00a-5:00pm (40 hours per week)
Compensation & Benefits
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
