German-Speaking Customer Service Agents

We are looking for German-Speaking Customer Service Agents to join our client's amazing team in sunny Greece. What's the offer:

  • Working from home (while you are in Greece)

  • 20 days of annual leave (1 extra day after 1 year of service)
  • Salary of € 1,017 NET + BONUS per month + BONUS 2 extra salaries per year + BONUS of up to € 400 in Real Estate Agency fees
  • Overtime paid 20%+ extra. Night shift is paid 40% extra. Sunday or Bank Holiday is paid 75% extra.

About your daily responsibilities:

  • You will be assisting the customers via Live Chat, telephone and email with a wide variety of account queries including payment, login, verification and service queries.

Working hours:

  • You will be working in shifts 5 days out of 7 per week (40 hours per week), including weekends (not every weekend). Working hours may also include working a night shift.
