Job description

About the Role
We are a fast-growing, angel-backed European B2B SaaS startup building AI-powered phone automation solutions for businesses. Our product helps companies automate inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments, and deliver 24/7 customer service - all powered by proprietary AI developed and hosted entirely in Europe.
We're looking for a driven Account Executive (German Speaking) to join our Vienna-based team. You'll run high-volume inbound demos, own the full sales cycle, and play a central role in scaling our revenue engine. No cold outreach - just qualified inbound leads ready to see what we can do.
What You'll Do
  • Conduct 8-16 qualified inbound discovery and demo calls per day, showcasing the product and its business value to prospective customers.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle - from first contact through closing - against clear monthly and quarterly quota targets.
  • Manage warm leads, execute timely follow-ups, and maintain a clean, accurate CRM pipeline.
  • Ensure smooth handovers to Customer Success after deal closure.
  • Feed structured customer insights back to Marketing and contribute to reliable sales forecasting.
  • Collaborate closely with teammates to continuously refine and improve the sales motion in a rapidly scaling environment.
What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
  • At least 1 year of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals end-to-end along a defined funnel.
  • Native-level German proficiency and a confident, polished phone and demo presence.
  • Experience handling a high volume of inbound demos daily.
  • Skilled in structured CRM pipeline management, lead follow-up, and meeting quota targets.
  • Strong product and technical understanding - able to deliver compelling SaaS demonstrations.
  • Experience collaborating with Marketing and Customer Success teams on feedback loops and forecasting.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Vienna (hybrid arrangements considered).

Nice-to-haves:
  • Startup or scale-up SaaS sales background.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot and data-driven forecasting.
  • Familiarity with AI, telephony, or contact center technologies in a SaaS context.

Visa sponsorship: Not available.
Compensation & Benefits
  • OTE: €70,000-€120,000 (competitive base salary plus uncapped commission).
  • Top-of-the-line equipment - your choice.
  • Work at the forefront of AI and voice automation technology in a high-growth European startup.
Location
This role is based on-site in Vienna, Austria. A hybrid arrangement may be considered. Remote-only candidates are not a fit for this role.
