Patient Service Rep Position Summary
The Patient Service Representative provides clerical support for the TidalHealth physician office (coordinate communications, register and greet patients and maintain financial information) under the direct supervisor of the office supervisor.
Patient Service Rep Position Requirements
Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience
  • Three (3) years clerical/administrative experience is preferred.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting and medical terminology preferred.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office computer programs, practice management systems and spreadsheets preferred.

Patient Service Rep Work Schedule
  • Monday through Friday

Patient Service Rep Benefits
  • At TidalHealth, full-time employees working at least 72 hours per pay period, part-time employees working at least 36 hours per pay period and part-time employees working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
