Job description

Full-time position available for a Patient Service Representative in our Patient Registration and Accounts Department to work primarily in the Therapy department but assist hospital departments as needed. The Patient Service Representative duties include greeting patients, collecting required information to accurately process patient registration, telephone reception and general clerical duties.

The Patient Service Representative will work 5 days per week with hours ranging from 6:45am-5pm, primarily Monday through Friday.

The Patient Service Representative candidate must have the ability to demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills with accuracy and attention to detail. The ability to multi-task and provide service with a sense of compassion is a must. Experience as a receptionist in a medical setting with proficient data entry and computer skills is strongly preferred. Experience with Epic a plus.
