Job description

BILINGUAL POSITION

Touchstone Medical Imaging is seeking a full-time Patient Service Representative, customer service-oriented professional for our medical front office position in North Garland, TX.

 

Monday-Friday 9:30am-6pm with a rotating Saturday

The Patient Service Representative will assist patients with check in, check out, insurance verification, and appointment scheduling.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Patients for Diagnostic Exams and Procedures
  • Assist with Authorization and Verifications
  • Checking In / Out Patients
  • Answering Multiple Phone Lines
  • Provide Accurate and Complete Information to Billing Office
  • Insurance Verification
  • Ensure Accuracy of Patient Data Entered into the System
  • Process Requests and Filing of Patient Records

Requirements:

  • 1-4 Years Experience in Medical Office Setting or Hospital is highly preferred
  • Experience with Insurance Authorizations and Verification 
  • Ability to Handle Heavy Patient Volume
  • Strong Customer Service, Communication and Computer Skills
  • Ability to Multi-Task
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
