The Role
We’re growing fast here at Claim Angel and are looking for a Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional service to our clients. The ideal client will live in South Florida.
This role will function as our communicator, organizer, and retriever, working across our entire organization with the goal of fostering a collaborative, high-performance, and seamless culture. You should be comfortable working with phone systems, technology products and Law Firms.
We are looking for someone who has several years of customer support experience, is extremely friendly, tech savvy and works well under pressure. You are often dealing with customers going through very difficult times in their lives, so a high level of empathy and patience is required for this role.
Duties
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide product information, resolve issues, and answer inquiries.
- Conduct outbound calling to assist customers when signing up for ClaimAngel or to provide updates on the progress of their application.\
- Conduct intake with prospecting clients.
- Ensure all required documents have been submitted for payment.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update customer records.
- Analyze customer feedback and trends to improve service offerings.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or escalations promptly and professionally.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully resolving customer issues
- Comfort with a high volume of calls and chats and working with people from all backgrounds
- 3+ years with a customer service background
- Demonstrated ability to work from home
- Experience with loan applications, litigation finance etc. is a plus
- Basic knowledge of personal injury/ law firm operations
- Ability to find quick and creative solutions
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to communicate quickly and effectively
- General familiarity with technology and SaaS products is a must
- Experience working in a CRM such as salesforce/hubspot
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in utilizing claims management software and other relevant tools.
- Proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus (multilingual or bilingual).
You will be required to train in person in Boca Raton, FL or Miami, FL for a minimum of 2 weeks.
