Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of the department
- Interacts with staff and leadership of the revenue cycle teams throughout the organization
- In charge of the success of the key financial indicators & balanced scorecards for their units
- Oversees & supervises the budget within their units
- Organizes and manages all the work of the team members
- Works in collaboration with all the departments
- Provides training and competency evaluation of team members as it relates to specific job functions and responsibilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, Master's preferred
- 5 years of experience required, 8 years preferred
- Cert Healthcare Financial Professional
- Cert Patient Account Manager
- Cert Patient Account Tech
