    • Annual compensation: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00. Annual Bonus Opportunity of 25% (discretionary and based upon achievement of company and individual goals)

Position Overview:  FCC is looking to hire a Senior Analyst, Strategy & Growth to work with the Chief of Staff, CFO, and the rest of FCC’s executive leadership team across critical growth areas for FCC. This individual will be working in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment supporting M&A, de novos, strategy and other key initiatives for FCC. This individual will be expected to work across multiple projects and initiatives at a time, and interface directly with the executive leadership team and RCP to perform analyses, develop materials, manage varying processes, facilitate meetings, and perform other duties on an ad hoc basis.

This individual should have a passion for healthcare strategy and finance and for working in a fast-paced, high-growth, team-oriented environment.

Essential Responsibilities:

M&A

  • Support across all aspects of the M&A process
  • Perform desktop due diligence, manage third-party vendors, organize data rooms, perform ad hoc analyses, build pro forma models, coalesce updates and investment committee materials
  • Work with Chief of Staff to support on all aspects of the process on an as needed basis

De Novos

  • Support de novo investment committee process by building pro forma models and organizing investment committee materials
  • Perform market research
  • Perform other duties related to de novos on an as needed basis

Strategy

  • Support executive leadership team in strategic planning efforts by performing ad hoc analyses, market research, geographic modeling, etc.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support decision-making on critical strategic opportunities

Other Duties:

  • Support annual budget and reforecast process
  • Support development of quarterly board meeting materials
  • Perform ad hoc analyses
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Strict adherence to the Company's corporate policies and all regulatory requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required. MBA or Masters’ degree is not required for this role 
  • Ideally 1-3 years in strategy, finance, management consulting, transaction advisory services or investment banking role
  • Knowledge and experience within the Healthcare Services section (payors, providers, and other healthcare services companies) is required
  • Knowledge and experience in deal-driven environments (M&A, de novos, payor negotiations, and/or other types of negotiations, etc.) preferred
