Job Description

Express Employment is hiring a scheduler for a company in Maryville, TN.

This will be temp-to-hire

Hours: Mon-Fri | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Will be required to work an occasional Saturday (One per month during the busy season)

Pay: $16-20/hour

Contact customers to schedule installation appointments
Create efficient installation schedules, considering dates, locations, and workload
Monitor schedule and adjust for delays, absenteeism, etc., as needed
Prepare and distribute appropriate paperwork for installation teams
Respond to daily customer inquiries
Update software to reflect changing customer needs or job site details
Schedule repairs or rework of previous installations
Must be able to type accurately and enter data into our computer system
Provide administrative support to the office staff as needed

Qualified candidates will be proficient in MS Office Suite and be able to follow oral and written directions.
