Job Description: The HR Manager at Quantinium will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture, fostering employee engagement, and supporting the growth and development of our technology teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, with specific experience in managing technology teams and fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:
 

  1. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for technology roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement:
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and employee growth.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, recognition programs, and professional development opportunities.
  1. HR Policies and Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and practices that align with company objectives and promote a fair and respectful workplace.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess compliance with HR policies and identify areas for improvement.
  1. Training and Development:
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training programs for technology teams.
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives, including workshops, seminars, and online learning resources.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  1. Performance Management and Succession Planning:
  • Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
  • Work with managers to identify high-potential employees and develop succession plans for key technology roles.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management best practices.
 

Qualifications:

 
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in HR management, with specific experience in managing technology teams.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
