Lakeside Manor Assisted Living Community is looking for a Life Enrichment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating meaningful activities appropriate to the needs and interests of our residents and conducive to their physical, mental and social well-being. The Life Enrichment coordinator will also create and maintain a dynamic monthly recreation calendar with new and exciting events. We maintain a culture of hospitality and “resident first” which we expect our chosen candidate to embrace.
Requirements:
- Candidate must posses strong organizational skills, be creative, possess understanding of and appreciation of the arts.
- Must enjoy working with and have a passion for a mostly senior population in a health care environment. - Strong computer skills required.
- Must be a team player, positive can do attitude a plus!
- Bubbly and warm personality a must!
- Prior experience strongly preferred
