Position: Vice President of Finance
Are you an experienced financial leader driven by strategic fiscal management and operational excellence? The Urban League of Louisiana seeks a Vice President of Finance like you! With a longstanding commitment to economic equity and community empowerment, we need a dynamic professional to oversee our financial strategy and lead our dedicated finance team in supporting statewide initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

Financial strategy development and oversight.
Ensure compliance with laws and policies.
Financial reporting and analysis for board meetings.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

We Need:

6+ years in nonprofit financial management.
Bachelor's in finance, accounting, or related; CPA or MBA preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
