Recruiting Manager

Recruiting Manager needed for a So Cal Commercial Christmas Company to source for both Full -time and Seasonal operations.

GET READY TO ROCK the HOLIDAYS! Our company is a So Cal leader in the holiday decor business. Come join our workshop of high performing, creative holiday elves. We need you to help support our workshop with your ability to:

Create strong position descriptions, post and manage open recruitment, and seek out active candidates across multiple platforms. Generate leads by leveraging professional relationships, referrals, social media networks, career fairs, and by cold calling, job boards, outreach events and other emerging sourcing best practices.

Develop active and passive candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring practices.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and administer assessments as applicable.

Direct and manage the full cycle of employee onboarding procedures i.e., process new hire documents add and train employees on our various company applications.

Provide benefits administration assistance, ensuring timely enrollment, and deadline compliance. Review monthly statements for accuracy.

Manage, and track staff hours for three (3) Companies. Verify hours and payroll accuracy of 3 payrolls.

Maintain personnel records to ensure federal and state compliance.

Source and present competitive housing, hotel and airfare solutions for seasonal employee travel. Manage process up to departures. Oversee Environmental, health and safety in the workplace.

Manage and assist with vehicle reimbursements, travel/ entertainment supplies etc.

Work with insurance companies processing risk management and auto accident claims.

High level of proficiency with excel / MS suite of products required.

MSDS handbooks/ OCEA compliance .

Assist with office operations as needs arise.

Salary commensurate with experience. Range of $60 - 65k
