Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Full-Cycle Recruiting Specialist to manage end-to-end recruiting and support client staffing needs. The ideal candidate will source, screen, and interview candidates, evaluate qualifications and cultural fit, and coordinate onboarding and compliance processes. This role also includes maintaining accurate records, supporting payroll, performing sales and business development outreach, conducting client follow-ups, assisting with contracts, and contributing to process improvements to ensure strong candidate-client matches.


Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and submitting qualified candidates to clients.
  • Utilize multiple job boards and sourcing methods to maintain consistent candidate pipelines.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, assess cultural fit, and determine potential contributions based on client needs.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes, including I-9 verification, background checks, and drug screenings.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant employee files in accordance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Support payroll by collecting, reviewing, and organizing employee timecards for timely and accurate pay.
  • Respond to emails, calls, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain tracking spreadsheets and recruiting reports to support team visibility and coordination.
  • Perform sales and business development outreach in person, via email, and over the phone, utilizing cold calling techniques to generate leads, build relationships, and identify potential new clients.
  • Conduct client follow-ups to support ongoing staffing needs and relationship management.
  • Assist with client contracts and related documentation.
  • Contribute to improving recruiting and sales workflows to create strong candidate-client matches.


Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in full-cycle recruiting or staffing.
  • Experience with sales, client outreach, or relationship management preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage responsibilities independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and tracking systems; basic Excel skills required.
