Job description

About Us

Premium Merchant Funding (PMF) is one of the nation's leading providers of working capital solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. Based in New York City's Financial District, we've built a high-performance culture around smart hiring, strong teams, and a relentless focus on results. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a recruiter who can grow with us - and help us raise the bar across multiple types of hiring.

The Role

This Full-Cycle Recruiter role is built for someone who is equally comfortable filling a high-volume sales rep pipeline as they are running a thoughtful search for an operations, processing, or support hire. You'll own recruiting for a dedicated group of our sales teams while also serving as the point person for employee-level hiring across the company - roles that require a different kind of judgment, process, and candidate evaluation.

You'll work closely with operations leadership and department heads to understand what each role actually needs, and you'll run the full process from job posting through offer. On the sales side, that means selling a commission based opportunity with genuine confidence. On the employee side, that means being thorough, organized, and precise. The best candidate for this role can do both.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full recruiting cycle for your assigned sales teams - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Serve as the primary recruiter for employee-level hires across operations, processing, underwriting, and support functions.
  • Partner with department heads and operations leadership to define hiring needs and candidate profiles for each role.
  • Build and maintain active candidate pipelines through job boards, outbound sourcing, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews, tailoring your evaluation approach to the role type.
  • Develop strong working knowledge of sales team leaders' styles, expectations, and hiring preferences.
  • Ensure a professional, consistent candidate experience across all role types.
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to leadership on open roles and pipeline status.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience spanning both high-volume and professional/employee hiring.
  • Strong judgment and discretion when evaluating candidates for employee-level roles.
  • Persuasive communication skills - you can sell a challenging opportunity without overselling it.
  • High organizational capacity and attention to detail across multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Background in financial services, sales environments, or agency recruiting strongly preferred.

Benefits

Compensation & Benefits

  • OTE: $75,000 - $85,000
  • Performance bonus opportunities tied to hiring outcomes.
  • Career growth opportunities within PMF's expanding organization.
  • Collaborative, high-performance environment in our Financial District headquarters.

If you're a versatile recruiter who brings both the hustle to fill a high-volume pipeline and the judgment to hire the right person for a critical employee role - and you want to do that in a firm that moves fast and rewards results - we'd love to talk.
