About the Role
We're looking for a Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment across a range of departments across the organization. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to run efficient, high-quality searches from open to close, bringing a thoughtful, data-driven approach to every stage of the hiring process.
You Will
  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for roles across the business, including sourcing, applicant review, screening, interviewing, offer management, and closing

  • Bring consistency and rigor to hiring practices in partnership with the PBP and Talent Acquisition teams

About You
If you're interested in shaping the future of health by building high-performing, mission-aligned teams, this role may be for you!
You Have
  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth or startup environments
  • A track record of successfully hiring across multiple functions and levels
  • Strong sourcing skills and the ability to develop creative approaches to finding and engaging talent
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and finding practical, creative solutions to hiring challenges
  • Hands-on experience with ATS and scheduling tools; Greenhouse and GoodTime experience is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building trust and credibility with hiring partners
  • A deep commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the process
  • The ability to work quickly and independently, prioritize ruthlessly, and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment

What Makes This Job Amazing
  • High impact and visibility. You'll directly influence Noom's ability to build the teams that power our next stage of growth.
  • True ownership. You'll own searches end to end and have the autonomy to shape the strategy for getting them across the finish line.
  • A chance to build better. You'll have opportunities to improve how we recruit, experiment with new technology and AI-enabled workflows, and help make our Talent function more effective as we scale.

What You'll Earn and Enjoy
  • Pay that reflects your impact. Compensation benchmarked to the market and shaped by your impact and value.
  • Investment in your future. A 401(k) with company match to help you build long-term financial security.
  • Time to truly recharge. Paid holidays, generous time off, Summer Fridays, and a company-wide Summer Break week so the whole team can unplug together.
  • Care that covers it all. Access to top-tier medical plans for you and your family, including a premium-free plan option, alongside dental, vision, and life insurance.
  • Support for growing families. Paid parental leave to give you the time and flexibility to focus on what matters most.
  • And more to help you thrive. Stock awards, a performance-based bonus, and exclusive access to Noom's products, so you can grow with us, win with us, and enjoy what we build.
