This role is not HR. This isย high-impact talent acquisition. You will be partnering directly with leadership to attract, assess, and onboard top producers who will move the company forward.

ย What Youโll Do:
- Manage theย full recruiting cycle - sourcing, screening, scheduling all interviews, and closing top-performing sales professionals
- Createย targeted sourcing strategiesย using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach
- Build and maintain aย steady pipelineย of qualified candidates for multiple roles.
- Leadย candidate experienceย from first contact to onboarding, ensuring a strong cultural fit and alignment with company values
- Useย data-driven recruiting metricsย (time to fill, pipeline health, conversion ratios) to improve results each quarter

Compensation:$125,000 OTE Base + Performance Bonuses
Responsibilities:- Lead the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top sales talent, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and industry networks.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, ready to meet the company's growing needs and ambitious goals.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies, improving key metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate conversion rates.
- Champion the company's brand in every interaction, ensuring candidates have a positive and authentic experience that reflects our values.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, cultural fit, and potential for success within the organization.
Qualifications:ย What You Bring:
- 2โ5+ years ofย full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in sales, personnel, or high-growth industries.
- Proven ability toย hit and exceed placement or hiring targets.
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and executives.
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, networking, referrals).
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and follow-up habits.
- Tech-savvy: ATS systems, CRM tools, and social recruiting platforms.
- Growth mindset โ you measure success by impact, not activity.
