We are seeking a driven and experienced Lead Recruiter to join our leadership team and play a key role in building out our talented sales division.
Position Overview:
The Full-Cycle Lead Recruiter will oversee all stages of recruiting, onboarding, and talent pipeline development for our Midtown sales team. This individual will work cross-functionally with other offices and leadership teams to drive growth initiatives, identify top-performing candidates, and ensure a seamless hiring experience. The ideal candidate is organized, intuitive, and thrives in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires for the Midtown sales team.
  • Partner closely with department heads and senior management across multiple offices to understand hiring needs and business goals.
  • Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship management.
  • Manage all aspects of onboarding, ensuring new hires are set up for success from day one.
