What You’ll Do:
  • Own the Pipeline: Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier, part-time hourly service professionals and corporate talent.

  • Partner with Leaders: Work directly alongside hiring managers and company leadership to understand unique staffing needs and build winning teams.

  • Drive the Process: Manage the full lifecycle—from crafting job descriptions and screening resumes to conducting dynamic interviews and managing candidates in Paycom.

  • Be the Face of Park Inc: Build candidate excitement, promote our core values, and deliver an exceptional onboarding impression.

  • Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter (experience with high-volume or hourly service roles is a huge plus!).

  • A passion for sourcing through creative channels, social media, networking, and databases.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to instantly build rapport and excitement.

  • Organization champions who can keep data tight and compliant within an ATS.

  • 3+ years of full cycle corporate recruiting experience ideally in a high-volume environment
  • Experience working with business teams and recruiting for various roles, including but not limited to hourly part-time workforce.
  • A strong drive to source, attract, and secure talent of varying experience and backgrounds, with a focus on building a diverse pipeline.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. In fact, at times youll feel a bit like a Copywriter as youll be upscaling job descriptions and writing engaging messages to candidates.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with an industry ATS (we use Paycom)
  • Proven track record of hitting hiring goals and forming positive relationships with hiring managers.
  • Experience coaching hiring managers and helping them develop strategic recruiting plans.
  • Knowledge and understanding of AAP and OFCCP compliance.
