This position is located at our Kalamazoo office, this position is in house and is a full cycle recruiter.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform the full cycle of the recruiting process from start to finish
Process customer orders, using Social Media platforms to build a strong pipeline of candidates Interview, offer jobs and build relationships with a diverse pool of candidates
Matching candidates to open positions in an effective and timely manner
Administer drug screens, background checks, and other pre-employment tests
Conduct orientations, on-boarding, Counsel, discipline, and terminate temporary associates when need
Interacting and building relationships with our clients to meet their needs and expectations, provide input to client management in appropriate resolution of employee relation issues.
Prepare separation notices and related documentation, conduct exit interviews
Desired Skills and Experience for a Recruiter:
Previous Staffing or recruiting experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to quickly master multiple computer-based programs, strong computer skills
Ability to maintain a positive and empathetic attitude during emotionally charged conversations with associates
Ability to multi-task and follow through with tasks and make appropriate decisions as to what is the most important task to be finished
Enjoy working in a high volume fast-paced environment
