Position Overview:

MMC Group is seeking a Temporary High-Volume Recruiter(s) to support our Non-Technical Staffing Team during a peak hiring period. This is a full-time temporary role expected to last approximately three to nine months (depending on business needs). You will play a key role in fast-paced, high-volume recruitment, filling a variety of temporary and temp-to-hire roles, including call center, customer service, light industrial, accounting, clerical, and administrative positions across multiple U.S. locations.



This position requires a 40-hour work week, with overtime as needed to meet business demands. We're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is highly organized, and can manage multiple priorities with urgency and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for entry- to mid-level non-technical roles.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using ATS & VMS tools, job boards, social media, and internal databases.
  • Review job orders and prioritize requisitions based on deadlines and hiring needs.
  • Submit qualified candidates to job orders within 24 to 48 hours of intake.
  • Coordinate interviews, offers, background checks, and onboarding processes in partnership with compliance and account manager teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in ATS and ensure timely follow-up with all candidates.
  • Meet daily/weekly metrics for submittals, interviews, and placements.
  • Communicate effectively with internal team members, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Support candidate engagement efforts including availability checks, re-engagement for future roles, and status updates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Provide feedback on market conditions, candidate flow, and sourcing challenges to the team.


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume recruitment; VMS experience highly preferred.
  • Prior experience recruiting for call centers, customer service, light industrial, accounting, or administrative support positions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Job Boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
  • High sense of urgency, accountability, and attention to detail.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with staffing agency recruitment.
  • Knowledge of recruitment compliance and onboarding best practices.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
