This is a foundational people role, not a back-office HR position.


As Recruiting Coordinator / People Ops, youโ€™ll own the execution layer of hiring and people operations โ€” making sure candidates move fast, interview loops run cleanly, and employees have a smooth, professional experience from day one.


You are the person who makes sure:


  • Interviews actually happen (on time, with the right people)

Youโ€™ll work closely with founders, hiring managers, and ops to keep the company running at startup speed.

  • Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across time zones
