University Recruiter
Location: North Richland Hills, TX (In-Person)
Salary: $65,000-$85,000 annually (DOE)
Position Summary
Ragle Inc. is seeking a University Recruiter to lead campus recruiting efforts and build strong pipelines of early-career talent. This role will manage university partnerships, attend recruiting events, and support hiring for internships and entry-level positions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead campus recruiting strategy, including career fairs and events
  • Build relationships with universities, faculty, and student organizations
  • Recruit, screen, and interview candidates
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics
  • Support and help manage Ragle's internship program
  • Partner with hiring managers to meet hiring needs
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
  • Maintain accurate candidate tracking in ATS
  • Deliver a strong candidate and hiring manager experience

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required
  • Campus recruiting or early-career hiring experience preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 60% during peak seasons
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred
  • Construction or engineering industry experience
  • Corporate or agency recruiting experience
  • Internship program experience
