Are you looking for a job managing projects for high-end clients while also helping protect lives? If so, we at Fortified Estate would like to speak to you!

What do we do? We sell luxurious ballistic security products (doors, windows, and panic rooms) for homes and offices. Clients – including politicians, CEOs, and celebrities – find us looking for the ultimate confidence in their security. We are looking for someone to manage these projects in an efficient, friendly, and professional way.

Who are we looking to hire? Someone who is passionate about their work. Who is self-motivated and driven to growing as an individual and as a team. Someone who is highly organized and tech-savvy.

What skills or experience do you need for the job? Good with numbers and measurements, creating efficiencies in the workflow, and confidence in learning about components and mechanisms. Experience in engineering or construction is ideal but not necessary - we are self-taught and believe you can be too. Most importantly, the ability to use all this information and your empathy skills to develop trusting relationships with clients, deeply understand their goals and parameters and ultimately find solutions for the various stakeholders involved (e.g. a homeowner, contractor, interior designer, etc.).

What does the job entail?

Communicating with clients about the next steps of their high-security project
Corresponding with the manufacturer about each project
Review shop drawings with clients
Updating and upkeeping CRM system (Hubspot)
Track and maintain each step of the project, from design selection to production to final delivery.
Educate contractors on the installation of the products
Occasionally travel to project sites for hands-on product education and site conditions

What are the salary and perks of the job? A combination of salary and profit share
The target range is $30,000 – $50,000. Occasionally work remotely. Positive, encouraging, and low-pressure work environment
