Title: Senior Global Physical Security Systems Manager

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Pay: $60-90/hr

Job Type: 12 Month Contract to Hire

Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days onsite

Required Tech/Experience:

1. 10+ years of experience in physical security systems, security technology, or corporate security environments

2. Strong hands-on experience with access control, CCTV/VMS, alarms, and monitoring systems

3. Vendor management experience with integrators and security technology partners

4. Experience supporting GSOC or command center operations

Preferred Tech/Experience

1. Experience with Lenel, Genetec, Verkada, Avigilon, or similar platforms

2. Experience in manufacturing, labs, or large corporate campuses

3. Background in system upgrades, automation, and reducing false alarms

4. Budgeting and roadmap planning experience, ability to provide a strategic vision to stakeholders.
