PRISM is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Talent Management Expert to support the Department of Defense Office of Civilian Personnel Policy (CPP) in advancing civilian workforce priorities tied to national security. This role will provide strategic, analytical, and operational support across talent management, workforce planning, workforce analytics, functional community engagement, policy analysis, and program implementation.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in DoD civilian human capital, talent strategy, and workforce analytics, with the ability to translate complex personnel challenges into actionable recommendations, tools, briefings, and program support. This position requires a strong mix of strategic advisory support, analytical capability, writing/editing excellence, stakeholder coordination, and program execution discipline. This position is 5 days on site at the Pentagon.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support DoD CPP initiatives focused on civilian talent management, strategic workforce planning, and workforce modernization. * Provide program management and oversight support for assigned tasking, including quality control, status tracking, meeting support, and coordination across stakeholders. * Develop and deliver briefings, information papers, reports, executive correspondence, and decision-support materials.

* Conduct workforce analysis using available data to identify trends, forecast workforce changes, assess skill gaps, and support strategic decision-making. * Support development of quick-look assessments, dashboards, visualizations, survey instruments, and analytic products related to civilian workforce priorities. * Maintain and enhance existing talent management toolkits, resources, and communication products to ensure alignment with evolving DoD direction and mission needs.

* Provide advisory support for expanding DoD work roles programs into functional areas, including governance, policy, business process, and implementation considerations. * Analyze impacts of talent management initiatives on business systems, policy issuances, organizational change efforts, and workforce processes. * Track and manage taskers, correspondence, and short-turn deliverables, ensuring products are complete, accurate, timely, and compliant with DoD standards and plain-language principles.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (SKILLS/EDUCATION): * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of experience. * Experience with DoD civilian personnel systems, CATMS taskers, OSD-level staffing, or P&R/CPP-related workforce initiatives. * Experience with workforce analytics, labor market analysis, forecasting, survey design, or large dataset management.

* Familiarity with DoD functional communities, cyber workforce initiatives, work roles frameworks, and policy development processes. * Experience developing resource portals, collaboration sites, or knowledge management tools in secure or government environments. * Consulting experience providing quick-response SME support for senior government stakeholders.
