This role ensures alignment between internal teams and external suppliers to maintain on-time delivery, production efficiency, and data accuracy across core, mold, and wax operations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and participate in daily, weekly, and monthly production and delivery meetings. Develop, maintain, and update short-range and long-range forecasts for core and mold production. Create and manage work orders and travelers to support wax and production schedules.

Send required supplies to wax vendors. Maintain and update vendor tracking systems (e.g., SmartSheets) Communicate and coordinate with wax and core vendors to ensure on-time delivery. Provide status updates on production, delivery, and scheduling performance

Support revert coordination activities as needed. Track and report weekly on time delivery performance. Serve as the primary liaison between internal departments and external suppliers for scheduling and delivery alignment.

Monitor and track new wax die builds, reworks, and trial lots to ensure completion. QUALIFICATIONS Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or related field preferred Equivalent combination of education and relevant manufacturing experience may be considered Experience: 2+ years of experience in production scheduling, planning, or manufacturing operations Certifications/Licenses: N/A Other Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong ERP and excel skills.

Strong organizational skills. Interpersonal skills. Good verbal communication skills.

Sense of urgency. Good judgment and decision-making skills. WORKING ENVIRONMENT Working Environment: Primarily office setting with frequent trips to front end suppliers.

Physical Demands: Sitting/Standing for extended periods of time, able to lift up to 20lbs, extended periods of time using a computer screen & keyboard. Travel Requirements: up to 10% Required PPE: Check for required PPE in areas you may be working in Safety Glasses: Needed in all areas of the plant. Steel toe shoes: Needed in all areas of the plant.
