Job description

This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.

Are you prepared to take on the planning and directing of Spectrumโ€™s investigative and physical security functions? If so, the Manager, Corporate Physical Security role could be a fit for you.ย ย 

In this role, you will be accountable for implementing security strategies, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and overseeing investigators and security specialists. You'll represent Spectrumโ€™s corporate security on various committees, conduct briefings with management and law enforcement, and develop comprehensive security programs.ย 


How Youโ€™ll Make an Impactย 

  • Oversee daily operations of investigative and physical security personnel in the regionย 
  • Track activities, incidents, and assess physical security needsย 
  • Develop relationships and act as a liaison with project integratorsย 
  • Manage facility security assessments and ensure compliance with standards and proceduresย 
  • Cultivate the security team by assigning responsibilities and managing accountabilityย 
  • Coordinate finances for capital security projects with departmental programsย 
  • Develop standards for physical security projects to protect personnel, assets, and informationย 
  • Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of security programs and strategiesย 

Working Conditionsย 

  • Office environmentย 
  • Up to 30% travel with the ability to work hours outside of normally scheduled shift with little or no advance notification requiredย
