Security Management Lead
Location: McLean, VA
Clearance: TS/SCI w/ Poly
Position Overview
At JMark, safeguarding information and operations is essential to mission success. We are seeking Security Management Leads across multiple discipline levels to provide task leadership, enforce security policies, and ensure compliance with government regulations. This role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of federal security frameworks, and a commitment to operational integrity in protecting mission-critical assets.
Key Responsibilities
Task Leadership & Oversight
  • Provide overall task management, ensuring security operations align with mission and organizational objectives.
  • Direct and coordinate staff to execute security activities effectively and efficiently.
Compliance & Policy Enforcement
  • Oversee compliance with federal regulations, standards, and contractual security requirements.
  • Implement and enforce security policies, ensuring consistent adherence across all operations.
  • Maintain strict protocols for handling classified, controlled, and sensitive information.
Security Program Management
  • Monitor and evaluate security processes to identify gaps, mitigate risks, and recommend improvements.
  • Serve as primary liaison for audits, inspections, and coordination with government stakeholders.

Qualifications
Required

  • Strong knowledge of federal security regulations, policies, and classified information handling.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred
  • Experience supporting ODNI, IC, or DoD security operations.
  • Security-related certifications (e.g., CISSP, ISP, CPP).
