Job description

Job Summary:
Watershed Security is a Veteran Owned Small Business with over 20 years of experience in Cybersecurity and Government Contracting. They are looking for an Information Security Analyst to safeguard computer networks and information by implementing security measures and responding to security breaches.
Responsibilities:
• plan, implement, upgrade, or monitor security measures for the protection of computer networks and information
• ensure appropriate security controls are in place that will safeguard digital files and vital electronic infrastructure
• respond to computer security breaches and viruses
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of prior relevant experience or Master’s degree with 2 years of prior relevant experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor’s degree
• Active DoD Secret Clearance or higher
• Work will be onsite in Norfolk, VA Monday – Friday 8am -4.30pm
• Must have one of the following certifications: CEH, CompTIA Cloud+, CompTIA PenTest+, CompTIA Security+, GCED, GMON, GDSA
• CONOUS travel up to 30%
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
