About the Role: As a Front Desk Associate at Style Netbox, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing a positive and professional experience. You'll also support our team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations in our office.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Manage appointments and schedule meetings for staff members.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including managing incoming and outgoing mail.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
• Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
