Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for engineering Department files and documents organization and management.
2. Assist to compile files and document for billing invoice to the clients.
3. Responsible to handle relevant administrative tasks for engineering Department.
4. In charge warehouse management, including material inbound and outbound, delivery operations and inventory management.
5. Conduct regular independent and scheduled inventory checks, as well as manage disposal and scrapping to ensure accurate accounting.
6. Execute tasks assigned by supervisors.
7. Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and responsible.

Qualifications:
1. Team player
2. Detail oriented
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (word, excel, power point and Access)
4. Strong organization and excellent interpersonal skills
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills both English and Mandarin
6. Good effectively interact with the business industry and staff members.

Working hour and place:
1. 8 hour per day (not including lunch break)
2. 75% work in site office, 25% work in the Bell road office
