Sales Manager

Job Summary

As a Sales Manager at Tones Products, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing our existing distributor relationships while actively seeking out new partnerships. Your daily responsibilities will include maintaining regular communication with distributors, providing dedicated sales support, and spearheading proactive prospecting initiatives through strategic cold calling and lead generation efforts. Reporting directly to the CNO (Chief Nail Officer), you'll collaborate closely with our dynamic marketing and production teams to ensure alignment and synergy across departments.

Job Requirements

• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with our diverse clientele.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office applications to streamline sales processes and data management.
• Driven and Diligent: A high-energy work ethic coupled with a tenacious follow-up approach to achieve sales targets.
• Educational Background: A college degree or equivalent work experience demonstrating aptitude in sales strategies.
• Industry Experience: Previous sales experience, particularly within the beauty industry, is preferred.
• Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Collaborative Spirit: Ability to thrive both autonomously and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Road Warrior: Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits and business engagements domestically and internationally. 90% of the time you will be in the field with resellers or working from home.
