Job description

iT1, a leading national technology solution provider headquartered in Tempe, AZ, is looking for a dynamic, motivated individual to join our growing team as a Sales Operations Specialist! iT1 has been recognized by the Phoenix Business Journal's "Best Places to Work" in Arizona for over a decade. As Sales Operations Support at iT1, you will provide support covering a wide scope of responsibilities, includingย quoting to customers, order entry, shipment tracking, accounts receivable assistance, and general data entry, among other tasks.ย Experience working at a Value Added Reseller is a plus!

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Possess high-level organization and time-management skills
  • The ability to work quickly and accurately in both independent and team situations
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel, and the ability to learn new software
  • The aptitude for learning new systems quickly
  • Financial skills and background
  • The ability to juggle a variety of tasks at the same time.
  • Demonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethic

Responsibilities include

  • Provide overall excellent customer service to help complete any customer requests and resolve potentialย issuesย 
  • Support the sales team by overseeing the order process within our internalย systemsย 
    • Providing shipment tracking information to customers and Account Managersย 
    • Work with the Accounting department in supporting accounts payable and receivableย processesย 
    • Work with customers and manufacturers to facilitate returnย requestsย 
    • Order modifications/changes
    • Produce and distribute internal and external reports asย neededย 
  • Process shipping label request
  • Perform other duties asย needed

Physical Demands

  • Sit at a computer for 8 hours per day
  • Keyboarding for 8 hours per day
  • Speaking (communicating information to clients/coworkers)
  • Hearing Requirements (In person speech, telephone, other sounds)

Job Location:

  • If local to the Phoenix, AZ area, onsite at Tempe HQ
  • If located outside of a reasonable commute, remote candidates will be considered
