Lawrenceville, GA manufacturing company is seeking a Part-Time (Wed- Fri) 8am to 5pm Operations Support Clerk. Pay range $18 to $23 per hour DOE.
Job Title: Sales & Operations Support Coordinator
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales & Operations Support Coordinator to streamline our internal processes and support the sales team with daily operational needs. This role is critical to improving order efficiency, maintaining compliance, and enhancing our customer service to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities;
- Customer & Vendor Database Management
- Update and maintain tax information to ensure consistency across F Drive, physical records, and Sage accounting system.
- Update Sage Orders with Shipping Notifications, E-File and Hard File accordingly.
- Sales Support & Reporting
- Maintain organized digital and physical quote files.
- Assist with non-technical, straightforward quotes and order entry.
- Administrative & Office Support
- Answer phones and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Check and distribute mail.
- Monitor and distribute Info emails.
- Hard File Closed Orders
- Create Manilla File Folders - Ensure continuous supply.
- Maintain stock of kitchen and bathroom supplies.
- All other duties or tasks assigned as needed.
Schedule
3 Days a week - Preferably Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, (negotiable) not to exceed 24 hrs.
Flexible Schedule Required to cover scheduled PTO days
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and database management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with data entry and record reconciliation
- Basic understanding of quote and order entry processes
- Ability to handle simple, non-technical quotes and orders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience with Sage or similar accounting software preferred
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Preferred Experience
Previous experience in sales support, purchasing, operations, or administrative coordination
Familiarity with vendor management and sourcing processes
