Role: Conduct one-on-one video shopping consultations for website visitors on Jackery.com. Help shoppers choose the right portable power station, solar panel bundle, and accessories for home backup, RV/vanlife, camping, or job-site needs.

What you'll do & need (skills + scope)
  • Size and recommend systems: Map device loads and runtime to the right Explorer / Solar Generator (e.g., 1000 Plus 1264 Wh, 2000 Plus expandable, 3000 Pro 3024 Wh), and pick matching SolarSaga 100W/200W panels and bundles.

  • Explain specs in plain English: Wh vs W, surge output, port mix, MPPT solar charging, app control (where available), expected recharge times.

  • Cover expandability & chemistry: When to add 2000 Plus add-on battery (2043 Wh); set expectations on LiFePO4 longevity (cycle life).

  • Customer consult skills: 2+ years in retail/e-commerce or CE/outdoor/RV; strong discovery, objection handling, and closing; clear communicator over video/chat.
