·         Review data and documents for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and appropriate approvals before use.
·         Use Microsoft Excel to organize pricing, product, customer, and tracking information.
·         Maintain orderly digital records using established naming, filing, and version-control practices.
·         Learn and consistently follow system workflows, data-entry standards, and departmental procedures.
·         Report errors or inconsistencies promptly and assist with corrections as directed.
Samples and General Administration
·         Coordinate flooring sample requests and communicate status or availability to the sales team.
·         Assist with sample organization, inventory checks, and replacement requests as needed.

·         Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other standard office applications; willingness to build stronger Excel skills.
·         Ability to learn new company systems, processes, products, and terminology.
·         Clear written and verbal communication skills.
·         Ability to organize work, manage competing requests, meet deadlines, and ask questions when information is unclear.
