Assistant Operations Manager

We are seeking an attentive, detail-oriented individual who will be responsible for assisting the Operations Manager with the day-to-day operation tasks.

Our company, Spectrum Medical Evaluators, is a new and rapidly growing company which offers a range of support services to physicians to help them grow and manage their QME practices. As an Assistant Operations Manager, you would be responsible for but not limited to the following:
 

• Ensure new hires complete their new hire paperwork and submit to Human Resources.
• Assist setting up new hires by coordinating with IT to set up new user profiles, emails, programs, and computer equipment.
• Call new applicants and schedule job interview appointments.
• Review billing reports.
• Submit and follow up on all Department of Workers Compensation requests.
• Manage status sheets and alert Operations Manager of any issues.
• Correspond with Doctors, staff, Department of Works Compensation and Attorneys via email and phone.
• Assist Operations Manager with high priority emails and follow ups.
• Manage calendar for the Operations Manager
• Assist Operations Manager with lower-level office questions and requests.
