Job Description
The Coats Company is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator who will report to the Senior Director of Sales. The Sales Operations Coordinator will support the sales team by streamlining processes, managing data, and providing valuable insights to drive sales effectiveness. The Sales Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in optimizing sales operations, pipeline management, and sales enablement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist with key account management by working with sales and customer service teams to provide operational support to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Oversee Salesforce CRM for sales team. Conduct training, manage dashboards and reporting, provide insights on usage, assist with lead flows.
  • Build and maintain library of sales team standard operation procedures (SOPs). Ensuring sales process adoption and compliance.
  • Support project management efforts of large-scale equipment orders and installations.
  • Perform ERP system maintenance of customer accounts as needed.
  • Manage sales team annual event schedule and provide support to marketing team with event logistics as needed.
  • Attend customer locations, events and tradeshows as needed.
  • Travel required: Minimal, as needed. 5% of time. US, Nationwide.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Possess an analytical mind as well as strong commercial acumen.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Willingness and aptitude to learn new software systems and tools.
  • Work well in matrix environments requiring you to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or associated fields.
  • Solid prior experience in a similar role.
  • Sales skills and knowledge of wheel service-related products and/or proven track record in Automotive Aftermarket.
