Merchant Service Equipment Installer & Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Merchant Service Equipment Installer & Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for installing our equipment at customer locations and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the installation process.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Install merchant service equipment such as card readers, POS systems, and related peripherals at customer sites.

2. Provide hands-on training to customers on the proper use of equipment and troubleshoot any installation issues.

3. Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

4. Maintain accurate records of installations, equipment configurations, and customer interactions.

5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling and coordination of installations.

6. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers and recommend appropriate solutions.

**Qualifications:**

1. High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.

2. Prior experience in equipment installation, technical support, or customer service is preferred.

3. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand technical specifications and diagrams.

4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.

5. Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.

6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
