We are currently seeking an experienced culinary professional to join our team as an Executive Chef at 4 Bears Casino & Lodge. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the culinary operation, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management.

As an Executive Chef at 4 Bears Casino & Lodge, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creative talents and lead a team of talented culinary professionals. You will work closely with our Food and Beverage Director to develop innovative menu concepts and ensure that our guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role in a high-volume culinary operation. A degree in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred. The Executive Chef must have strong leadership skills, a passion for food, and a commitment to excellence.
