We are seeking a Senior Data Advisor to serve as a dedicated partner to Koch's people-adjacent capabilities, bridging stakeholders and product teams to turn business challenges into trusted data products, reporting, and insights.
In this role, you will partner directly with Koch's Corporate capabilities such as Corporate Communications & Marketing (KCM), Principle Based Management (PBM), and HR Solutions (HRS) to develop and manage their data and insights priorities. You will translate business outcomes into technical requirements, keep prioritization aligned to those outcomes, and champion each request from idea through delivery and adoption. You will also help these capabilities develop measures for content reach, impact, and effectiveness, and support broader initiatives such as pulse and engagement surveys that enrich Koch's employee data.
This role reports to the Director, People Data & Insights, with dotted-line collaboration with the Data Product Strategy & Enablement Manager.
Our Team
People Data & Insights is a capability within HR Solutions that drives the strategic planning, development, and execution of Koch's HR data management and analytics initiatives. We partner across Koch businesses and capabilities to ensure people data is reliable, defined, secure, accessible, and managed.
Through data products, advisory services, governance, and analytics, we help ensure people data is a trusted asset that enables HR and business leaders to make informed, profitable decisions. Our team combines product strategy, stakeholder engagement, advisory services, business intelligence, and data stewardship to create value through trusted workforce insights.
What You Will Do
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to corporate capability and HR leaders, proactively translating business challenges and opportunities into action.
  • Act as the liaison between technical teams and the business by translating business outcomes into reporting and analytics requirements, and facilitate end-to-end delivery through the team's established intake, agile, and productization processes.
  • Coordinate organizational change management, drive product adoption, and confirm outcomes after release.
  • Help drive enterprise projects and initiatives, including technology innovations and bringing AI solutions into the HR space.
  • Help capabilities such as Koch Communications & Marketing and Principle Based Management stand up the support they need to measure outcomes, including:
    • Unified dashboarding that connects web behavior, conversion outcomes, and delivery and efficiency data into a single, connected view.
    • Cross-system mapping that ties projects and deliverables to the content they produce and the outcomes they drive.
    • Reliable data quality and consistency, including tagging, tracking, and event definitions across systems, so leaders can trust the reporting.
    • Guiding the direction of a unified data ecosystem for storing, blending, and managing capability data in one place, while a product and technical team handles the delivery.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Experience serving as a trusted advisor or consultant to business or HR leaders, translating their needs into data, reporting, and analytics requirements.
  • Experience leading intake, discovery, and requirement-gathering, and facilitating the end-to-end delivery of data, reporting, or analytics solutions.
  • Experience acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, validating that solutions meet business requirements.
  • Experience influencing priorities and decisions across multiple stakeholder groups and organizational boundaries.
  • Experience driving adoption and measuring outcomes or value realization for data, reporting, or analytics products.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to champion priorities and navigate competing demands.

What Will Put You Ahead
  • Experience turning data into actionable business insights, including audience and engagement analytics, search, traffic, and discovery performance, content and journey effectiveness, conversion outcomes (e.g., signups and form completions), and delivery, utilization, cost, and efficiency metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics, web, or marketing platforms such as GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Kentico, Avature, FirstUp or TailoredMail, Sprout Social, and Workfront.
