Sales Representative- Personal Injury Law Firm

T. Madden & Associates, P.C. is on the lookout for a results-driven Legal Sales Representative with a talent for empathetic communication and strong closing skills. Your main goal is to connect with potential clients, guiding them through the initial stages of their legal journey, emphasizing the benefits of working with our firm, and effectively signing them on as clients.

This crucial role centers on your ability to confidently engage potential clients, helping them understand the value and support our firm offers. A significant part of your responsibility will involve educating individuals on the overall legal process, including the importance of receiving care from designated treatment facilities to bolster their cases. Your persuasive skills will be key in ensuring potential clients feel fully informed and ready to take the next steps with us.

As our Legal Sales Representative, you are expected to:

• Skillfully navigate conversations with potential clients to understand their needs and articulate how our services can meet those needs.
• Use your strong closing abilities to sign up new clients, ensuring they are prepared and confident in their decision to move forward with our firm.
• Guide new clients to designated treatment facilities as part of their legal strategy, highlighting the importance of this step in the context of their cases.
• Educate potential clients on the overall legal process, setting realistic expectations while fostering trust and confidence in our firm’s ability to represent them effectively.

$40,000 - $45,000 plus incentives

• Qualify and engage with inbound inquiries from individuals who have sustained injuries
• Cultivate a strong rapport with potential clients, providing them with essential information about our legal services
• Assist potential clients in completing the contract signing process
• Address inquiries, concerns, and objections while ensuring clients receive the information they need
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions
• Follow up with clients who need more time or information to finalize their decisions
• Collaborate closely with the legal team to ensure a seamless client transition
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance expectations

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales role
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Empathetic and client-focused approach
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
• While not required, knowledge or experience in the legal field is very advantageous
• Computer savvy
