JOB DUTIES

1. Fuel and Wash Trucks including detailing inside.
2. Check in and out Rental/ Lease Units
3. Complete Mobile Maintenance on all equipment (3.0)
4. Drain Oil and Refill
5. Change Filters (ALL) If needed
6. Grease all Fittings
7. Check all Tires (32’s and tire pressures)
8. Gauge all Brakes
9. Adjust brakes if needed
10. Check and adjust 5th Wheel
11. Check all fluids in trans and rear axles
12. Check Wiper Blades
13. Complete Alignments (All Axles)
14. Check and replace all lights.
15. Inspect and replace all heater and a/c components.
16. Belt inspections and replacement.
17. Change airlines and electrical Cords.
18. Complete all necessary paperwork and work orders. Make sure all related parts are charged out on correct work order.
19. Locate and repair air leaks.
20. Be able to use diagnostic software. Troubleshoot codes.
21. Change starter and Alternators
22. Change Brakes
23. Change Wheel Seals
24. Pinion Seals
25. Rear remain seals
26. Water Pumps
27. Def Pumps
28. Emission related components
29. ABS System
30. Troubleshoot Electrical issues
31. Driveline and U-Joints repairs
32. Any and all Exhaust related issues
33. Troubleshoot and pull transmission if needed.
34. Run over heads.
35. Replace clutches.
36. Troubleshoot and replace injectors.
37. Replace head gaskets.
38. Repair or replace all components on hydraulics systems.
39. Troubleshoot and replace all fuel system components.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma desired.
• 100 % TDP completed.
• CDL License
• Brake Certified
• Electrical Certified.
• Transmission and Rear End Certified
• Clutch Certified.
• A/C Certified

Physical Demands:

• Involves essential ability to maneuver around, in, on and under trucks in order to properly inspect and diagnose all types of problems and repairs.
• Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds to the waist and 25 pounds to the shoulder.
