Summary/Objective
The customer service representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department.

- Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer needs and product knowledge requests.
- Processes customer needs according to established department policies and procedures.
- Works closely with other departments to resolve customer needs.
- Provides timely feedback regarding service failures or customer concerns.
- Partners with other teams to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand; walk; use hands, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Must have a Valid Driver's License. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, hours of operation are 7am to 7 pm in one of our 8-hour shifts.

No travel is expected for this position.
